XRHA support statutory and commercial organisations to develop and deploy their Immersive Healthcare Strategies

Ross O’Brien

Ross is a Digital Health Growth Advisor with expertise in scaling companies in the UK in AI and Immersive Healthcare sectors.
Ross supports hundreds of companies to navigate; sales and procurement, regulation and compliance, market analysis and segmentation, partnership and product development, customer success and retention, investment and fundraising.

Ross is the former MD of WYSA for the UK and Europe. Wysa is the world leader in AI mental health support with 6 million users across 95 countries.

Ross established Wysa as a leader in the UK digital mental health support, securing NHS contracts across Children and Young People and Adults Services.

Ross exited the NHS in 2021 as the Director of Innovation and Technology at Central and North West London NHS where Ross was also the Lead for the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service which is the NHS mental health service established following the Grenfell Tower fire of 2017 to support the community affected by the tragedy.

Sarah Ticho

Sarah Ticho is an award-winning artist, curator entrepreneur, and change-maker operating at the intersection of health and storytelling using immersive technologies.

She is the creator of leading arts and health XR  experiences, including "Soul Paint,", which has garnered accolades, including the SXSW XR Special Jury Prize and Best Health and Wellness at The Games for Change Awards in 2024.

She has produced other XR health and wellness games including Explore Deep, a breath controlled VR experience for anxiety regulation, which has undergone extensive research, shown at festivals and museums and is being scaled across a range of healthcare and preventative care contexts globally.

In 2022, she received the International Virtual Reality Healthcare Association's Hero Award. Her work has been featured in major media outlets including Forbes and the Hollywood Reporter, and she has delivered talks at esteemed institutions globally.

As co-director of XRHA, Sarah champions the equitable distribution and adoption of XR for health and wellbeing. She continues to advance the adoption of immersive technology  in healthcare through research, curation and consultancy.
